While blogging and adjusting on-site SEO of Landshark, I have come to the conclusion that actual location is more powerful than keyword initiated location. When my father in Philadelphia searches “nyc cd duplication” Landshark comes up as #10. When he searches “cd duplication,” Landshark comes up way back on page 5, which is expected.
When in NYC and I search (incognito) “nyc cd duplication,” Landshark comes up #13.

When I search “cd duplication,” Landshark comes up #5!! This is after almost 2 months of time since I started the project.
